Activities vary by location; please ask about which programs are offered where you’d like to hold your party. Special requests may include additional fees.
Step 3: Make your reservation
Reservations must be made at least one month in advance, but we recommend booking your party two to three months in advance to ensure that you get the time and date that is your first choice.

Party Includes
- A birthday party room rental
- One hour naturalist-led, nature-themed program to begin
- One hour for your celebration
- Audubon will provide a special gift for the birthday child, something special from our Nature Store!
Party Details
- Two party time options: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm or 2 – 4 pm Saturday or Sunday
- Parents are responsible for providing food, table service and decorations.
- Room opens to you 30 minutes before your scheduled time, and closes 30 minutes after
- Please, no helium-filled balloons
Pricing
Party packages begin at $275 for Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania Members and $325 for non-members, up to 15 children, 30 total guests. Additional fees for larger groups and some program selections.
