If you're visiting one of our preserves during this heat wave, take a cue from the birds: 💧 Drink plenty of water. 🌳 Stay in the shade whenever possible. 🚶 Take it slow and listen to your body. ☀️ Plan your visit for the morning or evening, when temperatures are cooler. Nature is still a wonderful place to explore—just be sure to stay safe while you enjoy it!
