Summer is here! And what better way to enjoy a summer evening than a dinner made from seasonal ingredients provided by local farms, complimented by a selection of local wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages, all the while overlooking farm fields and enjoying the company of others.

Congratulations to Theodore Tedesco, the 2026 recipient of Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania's Beulah Frey Environmental Scholarship! 👏 Theo is a Fox Chapel High School graduating senior who hopes to pursue a career in conservation. In addition to his excellent academic record, Theo has founded and participated in many extracurricular activities related to conservation and sustainability.
This scholarship is awarded every year to an exceptional graduating high school senior who is pursuing environmental studies. Beulah Frey was an inspirational teacher who believed that young people had great capacity to make a difference in the world. She helped establish the Fox Chapel School District environmental education program and received several national awards for her teaching. Her legacy lives on at ASWP by supporting environmental students, like Theodore.
